Need or want someone to come to you. No problem - TCR provides two levels of on-site service:
Basic Service - we send a technician to your office to setup a pc, replace components or help with software installation issues.
Advanced Service - we send one or more technicians to your office to:
- Perform more advanced component upgrades
- Provide network troubleshooting
- Assist in DSL or Cable Modem installation and configuration
- Assist in System Setup.
