Our focus at TCR is to build the best possible, quality custom-built computers from non-proprietary components. Because we sell so many, we buy those components at the best price, which allows us to pass the savings to you, the customer. The best part of our computers, however, is the service.
You may buy our computer because of the price or the quality of the components. You will keep coming back to TCR because of the quality of the service.
We approach our business from this angle because we believe the way to build our business is to build relationships with our customers. Computers become obsolete and fade away, but happy, satisfied customers come back because they need bigger, faster, new computers!
The custom-built, non-proprietary PCs that we sell have our TCR brand tags on the outside. On the inside of a TCR computer, you will find products from prestigious manufacturers like Intel, Western Digital, ASUS, Teac, Diamond Multimedia, and 3COM.
Most customers bring equipment to one of our two facilities for repair and upgrade services. We repair and upgrade almost any IBM-compatible computer, even if you did not purchase it from us originally. Unlike many other companies that sell computers, we will help you identify areas of your PC that can be upgraded to provide more features or better performance without necessarily replacing the entire PC. We give you options when other organizations would only give you one choice, a totally new PC.
