Technical Support
If you are having technical problems with your TCR computer system, you can contact one of our technicians during business hours 10am - 6pm M-F and 10am - 2pm Sat. You can also Email for technical support 24 hours a day at support@tcr.com . Your response may be delayed when contacting us electronically. If you are contacting support electronically, please make sure to include sufficient identifing information so that we can provide the fastest service! In addition, if you are requesting documentaion, please include a FAX number.
If calling please be prepared to spend a few minutes with the technician and to have your computer turned on, and call from a telephone at or near your system. You may be asked to type in different commands on the keyboard while you are on the telephone with Technical Support.
If the problem includes an error message, please write down as much information from the screen as possible, including what you were doing before the error occurred. This information can greatly reduce the time required to troubleshoot the problem.
